Located near the village of Goginan, in the beautiful Rheidol valley and on the edge of the stunning Cambrian Mountains, Maesygelli offers peace and tranquility as well as opportunities for the more active. It is only a 10 minute drive from the popular Victorian spa town of Aberystwyth.
Newly built, with 5 double bedrooms, the large, stylish house enjoys magnificent views across the Rheidol valley and of the surrounding hills and is within easy walking distance of Nant-yr-arian forest with its lake, woodland walks, mountain biking trails, and red kite feeding centre, restaurant and play-area. The popular award winning local pub, the Druid Inn, is just a five minute walk and the village is also served by a frequent bus service. There is ample parking, a terraced garden and south facing patio.
Lounge: spacious and stylish with plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen Freeview TV. French doors lead out to the south-facing patio area and large windows also provide breathtaking views across the valley.
Dining: spacious with a large rectangular dining table seating 10, a Welsh dresser. Large windows provide stunning views across the Rheidol valley.
Kitchen: fully fitted with 8 ring double hob, double grill/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and utensils.
Utility: WC and wash basin, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also an external clothes line.
Under-stairs: houses a mini office with a desk and shelves. Internet access is also available.
Main Bathroom: spacious with bath/shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms include 1 king size, 2 double and 2 twin bedded with two having an en-suite bathroom. All have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The 2 biggest rooms have large windows providing stunning views across the valley and the other 3 bedrooms are south facing and overlook the patio and terraced gardens.

Maesygelli (SY23 3PA):
From Aberystwyth: take the A44 East (towards Rhayader) for approximately 6.5 miles. Approximately 1 mile after passing through Capel Bangor village - with steep woods on your right, shortly after a white cottage on a bend on the right, and a view of a cluster of bungalows down to your left - take the single lane slip road down to the left. At the first crossroads (red post-box on the left) turn right. Maesygelli is the 3rd property on the right and is the first of a pair of large new houses.
If you miss the slip road to the left, you need to turn left just before the Druid pub car park, go down the hill to the T junction, and then left between the two derelict chapels. Maesygelli will be approximately half a mile on your left.
From the East, turn right immediately after the Druid pub in the village of Goginan, down the hill to the T junction and then left between the two derelict chapels. Maesygelli will be approximately half a mile on your left.
